Reading with Ilya Kaminsky:

Thursday March 25th, 2021: 7pm

The Kenyon Review reading series continues on Thursday, March 25—with a joint reading by Ilya Kaminsky, author of Deaf Republic and a finalist for the 2019 National Book Award for Poetry, and Molly McCully Brown, KR Fellow, and the author most recently of the essay collection Places I’ve Taken my Body. In addition to reading, the writers will answer questions from the audience.

Theater of War’s Poetry for the Pandemic:

Thursday November 12th 2020: 7pm (virtual event)

Poetry for the Pandemic is an evening of readings and a dialogue among distinguished poets and young poets of tomorrow—a chorus of diverse voices exploring the transformative power of words. Actors Bill Murray and Tracie Thoms will appear alongside the current 2020 National Student Poets as well as alumni and other distinguished poets, including former U.S. Poet Laureate Juan Felipe Herrera. The event will be facilitated by Dr. Joshua Bennett and will feature readings from Murray, Thoms, Herrera, Mahogany L. Browne, Molly McCully Brown, Patricia Smith, and the Class of 2020 National Student Poets. The readings will be followed by a discussion. Register here to receive access to the Zoom link
